Client Side Project Manager Required



Our client is looking to recruit a "client side project manager" for their growing business based in Brisbane.



This is a fantastic opportunity to join a genuine niche consultancy operating as part of a major international brand. The resulting work environment is dynamic, friendly and supportive. This company has current major commercial projects both in the private and public sectors and a new position is available as a result of a recent major education project being secured.



The role will involve client side project management work on a Brisbane city centre site.

You will manage and coordinate project teams including procurement and design. You will carry out contract administration and effectively liaise between stakeholders and the client.



Our client is looking for a specific candidate with an exact background. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or building and have direct client side work experience of 3-5 years either working directly for the "client" or through a property consultancy or project management consultancy. You will have contract administration and contract procurement experience and have to be willing to travel throughout QLD when required. Preferably the relevant candidate will have solid experience on "education" projects.
