For a commercial real estate company in strong development in Europe, we are looking for a Facilities Coordinator/Analyst (m/f) - 245685/7

• Under the supervision of a Facility Manager, you work for a massive and internationally renowned organization within a very strategic client site


• You have the responsibility to assist the Facility Manager supporting the management of self-delivery


• You settle a 24/7 emergency response/escalation procedures


• You participate in the development of emergency response plans and effectively perform the assigned support responsibilities


• You provide a strategic analysis of the portfolio's strengths and weaknesses and recommend viable improvements and provide analysis to include issues such as asset conditions, fiscal constraints, new business requirements and anticipated changes within the portfolio business use mix


• You continually evaluate service delivery programs, processes and methods and recommend alternative means to deliver the services to perform in higher quality standards, client satisfaction levels and/or operational cost savings


• You provide comprehensive business case analysis for proposed changes which outline the proposed process/policy/strategy changes, cost/benefit, implementation plan, risks/mitigations, and actions required of the client


• You prepare benchmarking analyses that compare similar services and operating expenses on a service provider portfolio and regional market basis


• You identify and recommend performance enhancement opportunities to improve efficiencies


• You work in compliance with the Health and Safety legislation
