A dominant FMCG Company is currently inviting IT professionals to join their Asia IT hub in Guangzhou. For booming business, they are hiring a Technical Support Manager involve into Global process improvement project in Guangzhou city where is their Asia Pacific IT Service Centre.
As a Technical Support Manager, you would lead a team for processing improved globally and need to drive the high performance of your team members. Firstly, to provide leadership, engages team members and develops talents. As well, to delivers consistent results, drives MSD internal efficiency and customer/users productivity. Thirdly, to lead global MSD transformation initiatives using world-class project management practices in meticulous project planning, scope, schedule, quality, resource, cost, risk & issues, and communication management. Last but not least, to build collaborative relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
Ideally, you should have at least 3 years' experience in 8-member team management, 3 years' experience in management of comprehensive global project, 2 years in stakeholder management in both external and internal and more than 5 years in IT Operation is must. Good command of English is must and high pressure resistance is preferred. Competent knowledge of problem management system and supply chain system is a plus.
