Maintenance Trainer Assessor



This organisation explore and operate conventional and unconventional assets across Australia. Currently due to continued growth an opportunity exists for a maintenance and operations expert to join their success.



The Senior Maintenance Technician/Technical Trainer Assessor must be experienced in the onshore Oil & Gas industry in maintenance operations for scheduled an unplanned maintenance works. Specifically you will have a high level of technical knowledge of and experience the routine and unplanned maintenance of wells, gathering networks and processing facilities and the ability to train and mentor less experienced personnel.



A current and complete Certificate IV Training & Assessment is ideal along with a Trade Qualification and experience within oil and gas , CSG/LNG operations and maintenance of gas engines. Experience in delivering and assessing on the job Oil & Gas Technical Training packages and material would be ideal though it is essential to have demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skill for effective delivery and mentoring of individuals and small groups.



This role is not suitable for any person without a Oil & Gas or CSG/LNG experience and a current ability to work in Australia. Dependent on your location this may be a FIFO or residential opportunity in Queensland.
