With significant projects and developments across Melbourne, this organisation is now looking for an experienced Development Manager to oversee a range of land development and medium density urban infill and built form projects.



Reporting to the Senior Development Manager you will work on project from inception, including overseeing joint venture agreements, master planning, feasibility and due diligence, project management, tendering, appointing consultants and contractors ultimately to ensure the developments are effectively managed. You will interface with all stakeholders and will play a key role influencing and managing negotiations with both commercial and government entities.



As an experienced Development Manager you will have well developed front end exposure with the ability to manage all facets of the development life cycle and have the capability to produce detailed master planning for large scale mixed use projects whilst overseeing all delivery and construction elements. Well developed communication skills, and the ability to manage negotiations with key stakeholders is vital. Experience managing medium density built form projects is also advantageous. A relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, project management, engineering or similar is required.
