Investment Banking Internal Auditor (Senior Manager)

A new role has come up for an Internal Auditor at Associate Director/Director level to join a renowned Bank here in Singapore. You will be part of the Asia Pacific Audit team, looking after the Investment Banking Division of the Bank.



As part of this highly sought after audit team, you will be responsible for audit assignments across APAC, with a focus on Southeast Asia offices. Singapore is the main hub for the area, but the travel component within the region will be around 25-30%. You will analyze and assess risks assumed by the Investment Banking arm of the Bank. This will involve front to back audits, and you need to identify and evaluate the effectiveness of controls designed to address those risks.



The ideal candidate would come from a solid audit background with a strong understanding of Investment Banking and knowledge of financial products. Professional qualifications such as CPA/CA/ACCA/ACA are essential, and other qualifications such as FRM/CFA would be added advantage. This is a lean team and you need to be comfortable both working as a team player as well as leading audit assignments as required. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are pre-requisites.
