Our client is the world's largest manufacturer and supplier of metal packaging container with main clients for beer, water, juice, tea and milk beverage markets. Meanwhile, they produce plastic blowing / injection moulded containers, for engine oil, lubricating oil, skin care products. Through its 6 factories in Asia Pacific region, they occupy above 30% market share in the market.



Reporting to China Lean Director, you are base in GZ head office and to support 4 manufacturing sites in China. You need to conduct in-house Lean Six Sigma training, support implementation of Lean Six Sigma projects, and assist in mentoring Black Belt projects and Green Belt projects. You are to identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products or reduce costs using knowledge of fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials and parts. You are responsible for determining root causes of failures using statistical methods and recommend changes in designs, tolerances, or processing methods. Provide technical expertise or support related to manufacturing. Incorporate new methods and processes to improve existing operations.



You need to have Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or related discipline and at least 3 years of relevant experience in business improvement tools such as LEAN and Six Sigma. Certified Black Belt is highly preferred. You have strong business acumen and good problem solving skills. You are able to work within a team environment and liaise with all levels within an organization. Good presentation skills and familiar with MS Office. Good command of English and Mandarin. Occasional travel will be required
