Senior Market and Competitor Analyst

This position is responsible for analysing market trends, identifying market opportunities for products and services and providing guidance to the business with regards to investments and strategies the may enable expansion into other business areas.



Key duties within the role will include:

Providing regular updates on competitor performance, market share and activity

Developing and maintaining analytical procedures to meet changing requirements

Ensuring a controlled and easy to access information environment including market, product and competitor analysis

Lead the development and management of research products

Provide insight to internal customers by reviewing business challenges and translating them into research briefings and analysis



This company operates on a global scale so prior experience in a global or international business is essential along with significant experience of undertaking commercially focused market and competitor analysis and strategic planning. The role is based in Bedfordshire with travel to the US for one week per quarter.
