Our client is a US-funded company with a long-standing international business in developing most advanced memory and semiconductor technologies. We are looking for a talented firmware test manager to join our highly animated international team based in Shanghai.

To be successful, you will have to develop product test plan and lead the validation engineers to execute the plan on time to ensure the qualification and delivery of the product; and also, you will have to align with the US engineer team to create the quality product; training your team members to apply software engineer skills and firmware testing methodology.

Ideally, we are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual who has Bachelor degree or above in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related embedded system design degree. A minimum of 5 years of embedded product testing with expertise in C/C++, Python, and embedded system development. Excellent English skill (both oral and written practice) would be a plus.
