This client is one of the largest software companies in the world and currently they are actively looking for an experienced HR Director covering Asia Pacific region.



As the HR Director, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions in Asia Pacific region including recruitment, training, compensation and benefits and employee relations. You will also provide advices and implement new global HR initiatives and policies across the region to support the business growth.



The ideal candidate will have at least minimum of 10 years work experience in Human Resources with Asia Pacific exposure from multinational companies, preferably from software or technology companies. You should also have strong managerial and leadership skills, along with ability to work under pressure. English is the key language for this role.



With rapid growth and business expansion for this company across Asia Pacific region, this will be an excellent opportunity for HR Director candidate who is ambitious to make changes to the company.
