This growth orientated and ambitious business, having reached a critical point in their development, are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to work within their senior management team.
Working with the General Manager, Managing Director and owners, the successful candidate will become the finance leader within the business. Responsible for all management, financial and statutory reporting, you will have the opportunity to set up processes, procedures and reporting standards within the organisation. Other key focus areas of the role will include cash flow management and reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis and the overall production of a higher standard of management reporting to support decision making.
Ideally suited to a qualified candidate with experience in a senior finance role within a small to medium sized business, it is an outstanding opportunity to join a company in this key growth phase and make this role something you can be proud of. Exposure to any construction, engineering or project related discipline would be a distinct advantage as it is imperative that the successful candidate work closely with the operational business and have input into commercial matters as well as pure finance.
Strong communication skills and an ability to work with non-finance staff, customers and suppliers is essential. Fluency in Mandarin is also highly desirable.
