This successful automotive organisation located North of Melbourne is a key player in the service industry. With constant growth they are requiring a professional HR and Safety Advisor to provide operational and strategic support to all employees.



Reporting to the head office in Sydney you will be responsible for looking after all staff in Victoria. In this role you will be required to complete HR generalist tasks from recruitment, on boarding, training, policies, procedures and performance management. You will be the individual who completes all the return to work and workers compensation processes. You will action OHS assessments, contract management and other ad-hoc requirements. Experience dealing with employee and industrial relations and providing advice and support to the wider business.



If you have the capability to work autonomously, possess excellent communication skills, are resilient, build relationships easily and have worked in similar environments then this could be the position for you.
