You are a Organisational Development Advisor who is looking to develop your skills in a challenging and changing environment. Degree qualified, you will provide expertise to the Organisational Development team with a focus on continuous improvement and talent management programs. The role is based in Rockhampton.



You will work effectively across the business to deliver OD solutions including people development and attraction and retention strategies. Establishing a growth framework for the organisation and its employees to deliver greater capability and a culture of high performance, your role will play a critical role into the future.



You will have strong communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders across the business. You will be organised and able to manage multiple projects to completion. Outcomes focused your ability to make strategic decisions and deliver the organisations vision is critical to your success in this role.
