I am delighted to be recruiting for a well established, family run organisation based in Oldham that are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator due to company expansion.
Reporting to the Directors, the daily responsibilities will include:
* Dealing with telephone queries
* Typing and sending quotations
* Scheduling client appointments
* Processing customer orders
* Ordering stock
* Checking website for new sales leads
* Fleet management
* Arranging repairs and dealing with complaints
* Assisting with general accounts administration
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar environment, should be used to working closely with the company Directors and should be confident, professional and diligent.
