Part Time Accounts Clerk

I am delighted to be recruiting for a part time Accounts Clerk on behalf of successful and expanding engineering firm that are based in the heart of Rochdale. As part time Accounts Clerk you will report directly to the Directors and will be responsible for all the day to day accounts activities.



Responsibilities will include:



* Creating sales invoices

* Processing purchase invoices

* Bank reconciliations

* Processing supplier payments

* EC Sales List

* Petty cash reconciliation

* Recording company fuel costs

* Processing mileage expenses

* Assisting in the preparation of the accounts for year-end



This is a part time role and my client is looking for the successful applicant to work Monday to Friday ideally 9.30 - 3.00 pm (30 min lunch break), working a total of 25 hours per week.
