Finance Business Partner

Kingston upon Thames, United Kingdom, GB - Financial Services

An established, high growth business in Kingston, are recruiting for a progressive newly qualified Finance Business Partner. This role is a varied role, and you will be the sole Business Partner to the Executive and Senior Management Team for all aspects of expenditure, providing key support to the decision making process. As a senior member of the finance function you will build strong relationships, and gain great exposure to, a variety of key stakeholders across the business.



Duties

Responsible for the monthly reporting cycle including variance analysis, flash reporting and commentary

Responsible for the design and production of other high quality output according to the requirements of key stakeholders

Responsible for the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes, including coordination and consolidation of inputs, production of analysis and associated commentary and providing the appropriate level of challenge

Key finance support/expertise for all business cases and responsible for tracking actual performance



Skills and Experience required

Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) ACA's who are looking for their first step into industry will be considered ( you will be need to have qualified with a top 10 firm)

Ambitious/Driven

Excellent communication skills

Strong influencing skills with experience of stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels

£45000.00 - £55000.00 per annum + bonus
