Our client is a huge Microsoft Partner operating in the data services sector providing support to an impressive list of blue-chip organisations. They have been voted as one of the Home Counties rising stars, well positioned in this years Thames Valley SME 100. They currently search for a Junior SQL DBA to assist the DBA Manager in the administration, development and maintenance of their impressive SQL Server database.



Your background will cover experience administrating or developing SQL Server databases. Your skill set will include some of the following: SQL Server 2005 / 2008, OLTP, backup, recovery, performance tuning, T-SQL, Reporting and stored procedures. We are also open to receiving applicants who can demonstrate skills in Business Intelligence (BI) technologies; MySQL, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS.



Our client can provide you with industry recognised training in: replication, clustering, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and business intelligence / data warehouse technologies.



You can expand on various key components of the database for the firm including the business intelligence element, disaster recovery schemes and as part of the administration element support production & development environments.
