Interim HR Manager, Nr Wakefield, Salary c£40k + car, bonus and benefits.
My client, a successful FTSE 100 company requires a HR manager to join their operational HR team and support them with a number of projects. Based near Wakefield you will support locations throughout the UK on 3 key streams of work.
A new role created to support the company's continued growth and change programmes. The successful candidate will provide hands on HR support on 3 key projects:
(1). Job evaluation project (Hay trained would be a benefit)
(2). Evaluation and re-banding of pay bands
(3). Restructure / re-organisation
You will work closely with stakeholders across a variety of business areas and take the lead in all people related activities including trade union engagement.
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a proven track record delivering change projects ideally in a unionised commercial environment, CIPD qualified and with up to date employment law knowledge. You will be emotionally resilient and tenacious with excellent influencing and coaching skill. To be successful you will need a strong commercial focus and be comfortable delivering day to day operational HR support with the ability to execute strategic HR goals that are aligned to the business plan.
