Interim HR Business Partner

Interim (12 months) HR Business Partner, Leeds / Sheffield, £40000 + car

Our client, a market leading services business requires an interim HR Business Partner for 12 months. The successful candidate will provide pragmatic, commercial HR advice to 3 business lines split across sites in Leeds and Sheffield with some travel to Edinburgh.



Starting in July you will report to the HHR and operate as a genuine HRBP. Key issues for the business include managing organisational and cultural change, embedding a new performance framework, ensuring a consistent approach across the business and coaching and developing line managers. You will also pick up escalated or more complex ER issues.



The successful candidate will be a strong HR generalist comfortable operating in a diverse and rapidly moving commercial environment with exposure to dealing with challenging union relationships. You will have managed change and be a competent user of Excel, ideally CIPD qualified you should also be comfortable operating in a BP capacity and working autonomously as part of a remote team. You will also need to be be comfortable travelling across Yorkshire with some travel to Edinburgh.
