Job Description

SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.



SAP-CRM-Sales and Service professionals design, implement and deploy SAP customer relationship management solutions for sales, marketing, service management, mobility and customer interaction.



Analyzes and solves problems that are lower complexity and may be routine in nature, requiring varied responses depending on the situation.



Interacts with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has some interactions with non-management levels at the client and/or within Accenture.



Receives minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments



Decisions impact own work and may impact the work of others



Individual contributor and/or oversees a small work effort and/or team



Professional Skill Requirements



• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Desire to work in an information systems environment

• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills



• Good oral and written communication skills



• Good interpersonal and client-facing ability



• Good analytical and problem solving ability



• Experience working with global solutions in a large high value project environment



• Minimum 4 - 6 years SAP Basis experience



• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree











Preferred Skills



• Installation, configure and maintain of SAP NetWeaver product suite



• Working with SAP Support through Service Market place



• Use SAP Solution Manager to support SAP environment, including E2E Diagnostics, EWA etc.



• Setup and operate SAP transport tools such as STMS, CTS+
