I'm working exclusively with a high end residential main contractor who specialise in boutique projects up to $1 million. Having been established for over 2 years, they have achieved great success within that period based on delivering first class projects along with a strong focus on client service.
They have an established healthy list of repeat blue chip clients/architects which has assisted in the continual growth of their business. As a result they have now relocated to a bigger office in a prime location. Typically running up to 3 projects at once, they have a highly professional project delivery team in place.
Working closely with the directors in a friendly team environment, they require an experienced high end residential estimator to join their team. You will be responsible for tendering all projects which includes issuing and vetting all subcontract packages, tender negotiations, client interaction and contract negotiations.
You have a minimum of 5+ years experience estimating on high end residential projects in Melbourne along with a proven successful track record. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills that enjoy working in a team orientated environment.
