Customer service executive (FMCG, 6 month contract)

This is a great opportunity for an Customer service executive to join a global FMCG company located in the North of Singapore. The purpose of this position is to be responsible for managing the customer relationship on an operational basis, understanding customer requirements and marketing strategies. This is a 6 month contract, starting in September.
You will validate the demand forecast on monthly basis, challenging the end-markets in case of large deviations and understand the reasons behind the deviation to ensure accurate input into APSCSC S&OP process. You will engage customers on demand forecast upload, implement order management for the selected customers, sales orders creation in SAP, handling orders in APO, reflect NPI and modification projects in the system.
We are looking for an individual, who as got at least 4 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management in a FMCG company. You need to have good analytical and planning skills and be proficient in using ERP-systems.
