A leading Not-for-profit organisation providing in-home care for the Aged Population.



Based in the Inner East you will also be required to work from metro sites at times.



This is a part time (0.6) fixed term contract to ensure continuity of risk management and compliance to relevant industry legislation and standards within a Community Aged Care environment. The position reports to the Operations Manager and will entail management of the Compliance Framework, providing guidance and support in Quality Reviews and Accreditation Audits, mitigating and managing risk associated with the Community Care environment along with establishing, maintaining and continuously improving systems.



You will be tertiary qualified in a relevant field such as Quality, Allied Health or Nursing and must have experience within the Community Aged Care sector. A strong understanding of relevant legislation, OH & S and the delivery of Aged Care packages are required. It will be an advantage to have worked with CareLink Plus along with experience of process writing, internal auditing and writing quality reports.
