Operation Finance Manager

Our client is recognized as a global leading manufacturing company which designs and manufactures various products regarding the flow of power and data inside the products. The company has solid techniques and production capability on electronics, energy, healthcare, consumer, etc.

Due to their rapidly business expansion, they are looking for an Operation Finance Manager to set, track and achieve competitive cost position of the plants in Asia Pacific.

This is an exciting and challenging role where you will complete weekly track report and have weekly meeting with FC to control plant operation cost, review monthly PPV and MV estimation. You will also be responsible for completing load file, monthly review package, standard recovery submission, interim cost change request submission, productivity calculation and analysis and supplementary. Additionally, you will need to responsible for monthly forecast by plant and strategy plan and annual cost. Moreover, your in-depth analysis will facilitate the division's informed and strategic management decisions.



To succeed you will have eight years working experience in finance and accounting supporting manufacturing with experience based in a plant. You should have undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting. Costing experience is a must. Experience in matrix organization and good communications in both English and Chinese are required.
