MNC Culture / Regional C&B Project role / Asia Coverage / 90K - 110K per month

My client is a top tier investment bank, headquartered in The States. Currently they are looking for a Regional C&B Director for their Asia operation.

Leading a small team and reporting to the C&B Head based in US, your key objective is to oversee all sorts of C&B strategies within Asia. You will evaluate, design and implement different C&B initiatives, provide professional HR advice to BU heads, manage global HRIS/policies projects etc.



To be an ideal candidate, you will need at least 15+ years of HR/C&B experience within MNC (Banking/Insurance and Asia working experience is strongly preferred). You will be a professional and detail oriented candidate with excellent communication skills.
