This respected WA builder has a long history of offering exceptional quality within the residential construction market. Offering a variety of options in both single and double storey projects they continue to be a leader in their field. Due to their continued success and growth in the market, they now have a position available for an Scheduler to join their team.



Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, you will take off quantities, arrange quotations and complete estimates, generating purchase orders, actioning variations and provide assistance with any contract and administrative support.



You will be enthusiastic, have a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for the industry. To be successful in this role, you will have at least 2 years experience within Western Australia as a Scheduler with a sound knowledge of mid to high end residential projects. You will have a high attention for detail, exceptional organisational skills and be confident working unsupervised on scheduling software packages.
