Are you an ambitious junior contract administrator who is looking to broaden their residential experience with a large company on a large project. Hays are currently recruiting for a large national builder for a contract administrator to join their site team in Sydney Metro on an $80million residential development.



Working under an experienced senior contract administrator you will be exposed to all aspects of contract administration but you will be focused initially on subcontract management including progress claims, variation management and invoice processing. Working with a tight knit site team you will be given the opportunity to expand your responsibilities over the course of the project and learn from some of the best in the industry.



The ideal candidate is working as a contract administrator for a tier 2/tier 3 builder on smaller projects who is looking to step into a bigger project and bigger site team. You ideally will have used CHEOPS previously but this is not essential along with any residential experience ( even though this would be a bonus.) You will be degree qualified with solid technical building knowledge. The key things my client is looking for are the personal characteristics of hard work, ambition and openness to learning.
