- Recommend best choice to guest for hotel reservation request according to guests budget, geography preferred, hotel classification requirements etc.
- Provide professional services and sufficient information for multiple inquired such as loyalty program inquires, hotel information inquires and other hotel reservation assistance inquiries.
- Maintain accurate information in system for new/modification/cancellation requests.
- Deliver clear and sufficient information with oral communication by following quality grid standards
- Understand and familiar with hospitality business and guidelines, be able to handle customer rejections accordingly.
- Obligate for any PCI data security policy
Qualifications :
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor or equivalent
Knowledge and Skills:
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in customer facing role either remote or face to face
- Understands internal processes and tools
- Computer proficiency
- Problem solving skills
- Accuracy in data entry
- Excellent fluency in language to be supported.
- Experience in a phone based remote role
- Familiarity with computer technology
- Time management skills
- Oversee compliance with operating procedures and standards
