In order to drive this continued success through our talented workforce, we have an opportunity for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Singapore to plan and direct the delivery of managed services business activities from business development through contract closure for a portfolio of Public Sector contracts.
You will have the opportunity to lead the account leadership team which is comprised of Sales, Delivery Management and Client Management to ensure the successful financial performance of the contract in terms of Revenue / Margin and Growth potential on the portfolio, to ensure customer satisfaction with respect to annuity or outsourcing services, and to direct solution, operational service, partner, and sub-contractor teams that deliver services to the customer.
Qualifications
Applicants will be degree qualified and have 8+ years of experience in a successful Enterprise Account Management role within the Public Sector managing the delivery of a portfolio of managed services.
