A leading industry body with a National reach is undergoing an exciting period of growth. As a result a newly created position for an experience Accounts Receivable Officer is required immediately.



Specialising in accounts receivable you will be involved with cash collection, debt control, monthly reconciliations of debtors accounts, maintain Debtor Data Base, understanding of bank guarantees and management processes, customer queries.You will also be responsible for implementation of a process to manage the security of Payments Act.



To be successful in this role you will demonstrate a proactive approach, high attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The ability to liaise with both internal and external clients over both telephone and email is essential, showing a high level of professional assistance and customer service skills in a dynamic environment. You must have worked in supervisory or management position previously.



You will also posses excellent excel skills coupled with a large ERP system. In return you will be supported to further grow and develop yourself in an organisation that truly recognises and rewards their employees.
