If you are feeling adventurous and keen to work in an emerging market, a unique and exciting opportunity has arisen in Myanmar for a Country HR Manager to run the HR function of this market leading FMCG organisation.



In this role you will report directly to the CEO and, with your team, which includes a centre of excellence, you will be responsible for the entire spectrum of HR services across the organisation of 1500 employees. You will also provide direct line leadership to your direct internal HR team and to the business heads.



In order to be considered for this position you will be an experienced HR professional, with some years in a management position, a strong track record in establishing HR strategies in a manufacturing or FMCG organisation, whilst retaining the willingness to be more hands-on as required.



Further you have a proven ability to build, foster and maintain relationships at senior levels in order to make clear the strategic value that best of breed Human Resources policies, practices and procedures are able to deliver an organisation.
