Reporting into an executive team, a driven and established Senior Relationship Manager is required to build the banks profile as the commercial property experts in Melbourne.



As the successful candidate you will responsible for driving customer origination within the Commercial Property space. Supported by an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager for all credit writing and administration functions, you will be freed up to maintain sound risk management and strategic objectives to ensure a quality portfolio is maintained.



This is a new portfolio, which will give the successful candidate the opportunity to make their mark is this major Bank, with endless opportunity for progression



As the Property Relationship Manager you will relentlessly pursue opportunities across the market; building strong relationships with referral partners and leveraging off the banks already established property connections. You will also build strong relationships internally to ensure deals in the property space are referred to you, whilst as a senior banker you will mentor and develop junior relationship managers.



In conjunction with proven business development capabilities, you will have cash flow analysis experience, and a customer focus that delivers exceptional service and sound banking advice to your customers on every interaction.
