• Propose and develop the annual marketing expenses in coordination with Regional Marketing Manager & Business Manager in UAE


• Maintain, cultivate and expand existing customers in line with company growth strategies


• Organize projects, trainings or activities which support sales objectives.


• Report all knowledge and information regarding sales activities, customers gained and lost, competitive activities, results of marketing programs, etc. to management.


• Training, developing and motivating DC Product Specialist on the Product segment-s.


• Analysis of DC & competitors weaknesses and strengths through Monitoring competitors' activities through data collection and prepare action plan accordingly, if needed. To conduct and follow the market research.


• Planning for successful new introductions in DC market.


• Propose key brand positioning and key messages for products to be detailed to medical profession.


• Prepare, control and follow-up marketing plans and services for the target segment assigned to him.


• Develop promotional campaign and materials.


• Develop local speakers Bureau to better disseminate the product positioning and enhance the image of DC in front of the medical community.
