A new job exists at a boutique, international, M&A advisory firm for an experienced professional to join their Tokyo based operations.



This positions requires prior exposure to M&A processes and corporate finance advisory transactions. Within this team you will gain exposure to both domestic and cross-border deal flow, focusing on emerging markets with broad industry coverage. Day-to-day activities will include industry and market analysis, financial modeling, pitchwork and due diligence activities. You will be working with colleagues and senior bankers directly on various advisory services for high level client and stakeholders.



For this role, Japanese to a native-level fluency and English business level is essential. In addition, those who possess a CFA/CPA or Masters qualification will be highly regarded.
