This position is for a BSM (Business Service Management) Operation Engineer on the HP Software as a Service team. The primary product lines that you will be required to support are HP’s BSM, BPM Anywhere and uCMDB

Responsibilities:

Managing the BSM and BSM & uCMDB solutions for our growing customer base

Solving customer’s demand/configuration cases (act as Tier II support)

Advising customers how to best utilize their products and day to day activity and how HP tools can support their business requirements

Responsible for incident & change management processes on the these solutions

Take part and lead of the on-going service improvements in : upgrades, cross services projects

Responsible for performing triage investigation with R&D to find RCA and fix defects

Manage & maintain 24/7 monitoring and automation (99.9% SLA)

Train and onboard our customers on HP Tools
