VP Financial Crime (Sanctions)

Partnering with the risk leadership team and owing the risk appetite on Sanctions this role will oversee the international operations.

-Owning the evolution and polices, procedures and process - predominately as they relate to Sanctions though will additionally incorporate broader topics

• being the go-to person for advice relating to Sanctions on best practice and interfacing with the international business from an advisory and decision support/making capacity.
  
  
  
  Key competencies to demonstrate include:
  
  Expert global sanction regulatory knowledge
  
  Demonstrable understanding investment banking trading activities - specificity on Fixed Income, Equities FX, Credit & Commodities
  
  Proven senior stakeholder engagement
  
  Broader experience encompassing AML, KYC, FIU & AB&C
  
  
  
  As a leadership position in a dynamic and complex institution core deliverable will be to influence at a senior level- additionally though there is no staff supervision built into this position at this point there is potential to build a team for the right the individual.
