Luxury Retail Sales Associates- Flagship

The client is a luxury MNC fashion designer label, they have been exceeding their sales targets in both Retail and Travel Retail areas, therefore are now expanding their presence in Hong Kong and Macau. With their latest flagship opening in HK's prime shopping location, they are looking for an individual who has strong presentation with experience in either of the market mentioned to join their high performing team.



Your main responsibilities will include driving sales while representing the brand in a good manner, building relationships with customer and assist handling complaints while working alongside marketing to increase VIP pool. Assist on VM guidelines while maintaining the flagship in a high standard



To be considered a successful candidate, you are required to have at least 2 years of luxury sales experience from a luxury retail apparel brand. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Good command in Mandarin.
