We now have a great opportunity to work with one of Perth's leading construction contractors with a long standing reputation for the delivery of a varied portfolio of metro projects. Due to an increase of project awards our client are now seeking to employ a Site Manager to work on apartment project based SOR.



Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide recommendations and prepare regular programme reports to ensure forward planning is maintained and potential delays minimised. You will coordinate all subcontract trades, run site meetings and ensure good communication with respect to schedules, information, planning, quality and workmanship.



To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience working on commercial projects in Perth. Communication will be a key part of your day to day duties. You must lead by example as you will be the main point of contact for your supervisors and sub-contractors
