This specialist valuation, asset management and disposal business have been successfully in operation nationally for over 40 years. With clients across hugely varied asset classes, they now seek a Senior Valuer with demonstrable experience in plant and equipment valuation assignments.
With substantial plant and machinery valuations experience, you will assess and/or calculate values for purposes specified by our clients. You will research sales of assets in different market places and provide accurate and professional reports ultimately maintaining a high quality of work. Coming ASA, API or RICS qualified, you will have impeccable communication skills and a natural drive to develop the business through exceptional account management.
This opportunity will introduce you to a network of insolvency, finance and corporate clients across a broad range of valuation assignments. An immediate need will see candidates with a solid handover and smooth transition in to a new role for 2015. Apply now
