My client is one of the biggest independent advertising agencies in Europe, specialized in innovative communication and integrated marketing. Having established strong business presence in Beijing and secured several key clients, the company is now setting up its new office in Shanghai, which will operate with many start-up mentalities to unlock explosive growth in local market and is now looking for a Senior Creative Director to join their team.



This role will be a strategic position, responsible for the overall management of their creative team in Shanghai, the daily operation of a 5-6 people team, including Art Director, copywriter, designer, etc. Existing clients are mainly from home goods, retail, FMCG industry.



Successful candidate must have at least 10 years' experiences in a similar function. The role requires strong strategic planning, creativity, hands-on experiences and collaborative leadership. Candidates with experiences in both traditional and digital marketing are strongly preferred. Apart from solid technical skills, he/she needs to be fun person as well to bring out the best of the people around. English and Mandarin communication skills are essential for the role.
