My client, one of New Zealand's top performing listed companies located in South Auckland requires an experienced Senior Financial Accountant with proven staff management to join their team on a permanent basis.



This position will be responsible for driving accurate monthly financial results, leading the revenue review process as well as managing direct reports whilst contributing to constant business process and wider company improvement.



The ideal candidate will have a strong listed background, will be CA qualified (or equivalent) and will have previously specialized in a Senior Financial Accountant role with heavy involvement in IFRS and GAAP as well as an awareness of key tax issues and staff management / supervision.



To be considered for this role your commercial and relational skills will be second to none. Strength in these areas will mean that you will engage across the business seamlessly.



The successful candidates management style will be firm but fair. You will be very commercial yet tactful and flexible in your approach whilst showing constant resilience.
