My client is a leading foreign bank with great reputation in China. Currently they are looking for one branch credit control head based in Shenzhen.



You are responsible to conduct pre-activation check upon receipt of complete set of required loan documentation including but not limited to facility letter in accordance to approved credit proposal; to approve facilities disbursement within delegated authority; to maintain an effective control mechanism with respect to accuracy in pre-activation check, timely limits inputting, orderly safe-keeping of security documents in vault; to maintain an effective control mechanism in DOA checking on approved credit proposals, ad hoc temporary accommodations and excesses. As well, you need to manage working relationship with internal customers and external services partners to ensure workflow are smooth.



To be a qualified candidate, you need to have the capable to meet tight deadlines and performs efficiently under pressure with high level of proficiency in leadership, problem solving, developing and coaching, communication, teamwork, planning and organizing. You are required to have the ability to guide subordinates and build-up effective teamwork to achieve goals, sound people management skills are needed. Proficiency in both written English and Chinese, in-depth knowledge in credit operation, statutory rules and regulations are needed.
