Our client is a Fortune 500 FMCG company, head quarter in Guangzhou. With more than 70 products in over 50 countries, their products are trusted by millions of parents and healthcare professionals around the world.
To better support their west region sales business, they have created a good opportunity in HR team, they are looking for a HRBP, based in Chengdu.
You will report to the Associate Commercial Director, this role is aim to executes HR processes to support business objectives and enable management to make sound business and people decisions. You will be responsible for maintaining a balanced perspective when dealing with employee-related issues to ensure organizational justice and consistency with the company pledge and core behaviours; Fosters an environment that provides on-going performance and career development feedback and coaching to all employees. Also, establishes trust and credibility with the workforce, being aware of business objectives and providing a point of view that reflects the HR implications of business decisions.
As the successful applicant, you should have at least 5 years HR experiences in multinational companies; Experience in HRBP to support commercial functions is a must. Ability to interact with employees at all levels, demonstrating awareness of their different needs, backgrounds and cultures is preferred.
