A government department based in Melbourne requires a Minor Works Project Manager to join their team on an initial 6 month contract to assist with a number of small to medium sized building projects.



Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of maintenance projects for a large range of their facilities which will see you involved in the coordination of internal and external stakeholders, designing project scopes, coordinating contracts and contractors as well as budget management.



To be considered for this role, you will have prior experience working on buildings projects ranging from refurbishments, extensions and new builds and preferably come from a government background though this is not essential.

Formal qualifications in architecture, project management or engineering is a requirement for this role.
