This market leading bank is one of Australia's top providers in business and commercial lending. We are currently recruiting an Assistant Relationship Manager to join a successful team that is committed to drive growth and retain its position in the market.



You will be required to support a team of Relationship Managers, working in collaboration with the team and partnering across building and maintaining strong relationships with the existing portfolio, providing innovative solutions to clients by ensuring the delivery of a customer centric approach and displaying the Banks core values. You will be identifying cross selling opportunities from a range of deposit, lending, and wealth management products. You will be able to use your extensive technical ability and apply your commercial judgment to the evaluation of credit submissions and while managing the appropriate risk exposure for the Bank. The ability to evaluate loan structures, security, identify any potential risks, assessments of financial analysis, while delivering a strong credit culture and credit approval.



In order to be considered for this role you require experience as an Analyst or Assistant Relationship Manager in either a commercial or corporate banking environment, highly motivated to contribute and achieve financial objectives and profitable growth. With excellent communication skills, you will be held accountable for maintaining and establishing great internal relationships and driving stakeholder engagement across the business.
