We are searching for an experienced Media and Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing regional media and digital marketing strategy, plans and activities in the enterprise space – reporting to the Director of Global Media & Digital Marketing.





As a key role within the newly created HP Media & Digital Marketing Center of Excellence, this role will be critical for developing strategies and plans, executing and reporting all paid media and digital marketing activities targeting enterprise / commercial customers within the Asia Pacific region.





HP is seeking an individual who is passionate about paid media and digital marketing in its ever-changing spectrum, to lead efforts in this important area, in close collaboration with team members and a diverse group of enterprise / commercial marketing leaders in the region. HP recognizes the importance of new media channels, tools and strategy to drive the company’s brands and business and is thus scaling the team and this role to recognize this opportunity. This role will play an extremely important part in fulfilling this opportunity.





The primary areas of responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement the Global and Asia-Pacific regional and select country media digital marketing strategies, plans, guidelines and activities across the region.

2. Participate as a strong team member in the global marketing organization, working with the enterprise & commercial product and segment marketing leads and specialization leads (Paid Media, Social and Content, Mobile, Search, hp.com, Creative, Video, etc.) to drive an integrated marketing approach across all touch points and initiatives.

3. Support the Director of Global Media & Digital Marketing in representing the global media and digital marketing discipline across the region, ensure that through strategic planning, execution and governance, HP is fully leveraging their industry leading opportunity to drive their business forward

4. Direct and guide all regional agency partners to drive strategy development and integration, assess new and emerging media opportunities and develop test-and-learn scenarios

5. Take ownership and execute HP corporate campaigns. Manage and accurately track campaign budgets

6. Reviewing the effectiveness of media plans to ensure they are delivered on strategy and on plan.

7. Bring customer-first, outside-in, world-class thinking and innovative solutions to all elements of the media mix across all media and digital marketing touch points.

8. Develop, setup and manage performance measurement plans.

9. Support the ongoing evolution of the global marketing operating model and related processes.

10. Be recognized as an authority and thought leader in the media and digital marketing space. Lead, evangelize and educate the organizational stakeholders on the market landscape, customer insights, industry trends, performance measurements and applicability in the enterprise / commercial space.







Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:


1. Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing or related field;


2. 7-10 years of B2B marketing – proven experience and understanding of how to market to enterprise and commercial customers.


3. 7-10 years multi-market media planning & buying or digital experience agency side and/or on client side with solid knowledge across traditional and non-traditional media touch points.


4. High level organization/process management skills needed.


5. Solid communication, influence and organization skills at regional scale.


6. Regional sensibility and scale – ability to deliver programs that work on a regional level.


7. Marketing and marketing communications acumen – ability to partner with global and country marketing leads, product and segment marketing leads to jointly deliver high impact marketing campaigns.


8. Analytic skills – ability to drive results-oriented, measurable and highly optimized media plans and implementation and to link marketing results to business results.


9. Agency management – ability to manage agency relationships.
