- Lead Thailand Customer Services team which is accountable to introduce and implement an efficient and transparent Order to Cash (OtC) processes for part of ASEAN businesses. Improve business performance and total customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for Credit Management (credit control, bill collection, monitoring of insurance, monitoring of receivables and collectables, release of order blocks) for the responsible countries’ business.
- Lead logistics services management function in Thailand (Bangpoo plant & distribution center) and in charge of finished goods deliveries from production plants & warehouse to end customers in Thailand and overseas. Ensure that the logistic operations are fully complied with the regulatory and legal requirements.
