- Managing the company achievement of targets and sales plans in private, institutional and Tender Business.
- Ensure that Bayer products are included in the formularies of MOH, Institutional Hospitals or Health Insurance.
- Assign sales territories to product specialists/medical representatives on the basis of geographical allocation, ensuring territories right sizing to reach maximum and optimum frequency of visits and calls according to the proper segmentation of target groups.
- Providing sales reports and monitor/ analyze sales and market trends
- Provide dynamic leadership recommends training, assistance, appraisal, motivation and development to sales personnel to help them achieve their sales targets.
- Establishing recruitment criteria for interviewing, selection of new potential candidates joining the field force.
- Setting objectives and standards for all sales personnel in accordance with the corporate overall strategy.
- Ensuring appropriate implementation of developed marketing, promotion and detailing campaigns in different business lines and in accordance with the corporate overall strategy.
- Initiating tender prices so that business line profitability is optimized.
- Assist the B.U Manager and Product Manager in the preparation of promotional, sales and tactical plans and ensuring appropriate implementation of developed marketing, promotion and detailing campaigns in different business lines and in accordance with the corporate overall strategy.
- Maintaining control of marketing external expenses to ensure compliance standards and keep an appropriate sizing in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with key opinion leaders, decision makers, other relevant agents, business related authorities, other pharmaceutical companies in addition to opinion leaders in the major therapeutic business lines in order to obtain their support when needed for different product ranges.
- Follow-up & regularly field visits to evaluate the business and the team performance, to be able to convey feedback, market information, competitor’s business activities & subsequently provide recommendation & suggestions for changes on regular basis, to the Management to act accordingly for further business potential.
