A leading listed organisation with significant presence in the local market seek to attract a commercially facing qualified accountant with prior experience to managing a broad client portfolio in a role with an emphasis on business partnering and project management.
You will be accountable for providing insight to your audience on the financial performance across a range of projects in order to provide a high level strategic view of the portfolio mix and its performance. You will run scenarios which gives your internal customers insights into the what the opportunities / risk are whilst providing consolidated reporting. You will work through investment plans for new projects and work in an environment of consistent best practice when it comes to process improvement.
You will be a strategically minded qualified accountant with obvious business partnering qualities. Furthermore you will come from a complex listed environment where you have to manage your workload across a matrix environment. Exposure to a project based environment is very useful as is the ability to juggle multiple tasks. You will be willing to commit to the full 12 months of the contract with the opportunity of positioning yourself for longer term role.
