My client, a wholesale/ import business, specialising in commodity products is looking for an up and coming FC to take over the financial control of their Australian subsidiary. There are a significant player within their market and own significant market share. This is a great opportunity to work in a structured and clearly defined FC role, supervising a small accounts support team.



In this role you will need you to be closely linked to operations and take an analytical approach to sales, margins, WIP and customer profitability. The role will also have a focus on monthly reporting. You will take ownership of month end financials, budgeting and forecasting, cost control and cash flow management. You will also drive KPI reporting and transfer pricing. Other responsibilities will include; variance analysis, inventory accounting, and group reporting.



The successful candidate will have excellent Excel skills and will ideally come from a product related environment such as wholesale, retail or manufacturing. You will be career minded and motivated to develop and progress your role and will be driven towards process improvement and efficiencies.
